A Working Theory ApS

I am so happy with my two new shirts. One is a beautiful light blue with lots of buttons and the other is a classic white shirt. I am impressed that it doesn't gape at all over the chest, which I often experience with shirts. The extra buttons make a difference.

Throughout the entire process, but especially in connection with the exchange/help to find shirts that would fit me, there was exceptionally good customer service.

... and I have no complaints at all. The webshop is easy to navigate and shop in, fast shipping (next-day delivery in my case), the packaging was really nice (completely plastic-free!) and the shirt is made of a fantastic, luxurious material, where it is clear that quality is a top priority and there has been a focus on both stitching, material, and fit. A Working Theory gets my warmest recommendation!

Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the blouse I had bought. Michelle quickly responded to my email when I wrote about the problem, and she swiftly sent me another blouse. It is perfect. Lovely quality, nicely sewn, etc.
